Iron Man hits DVD and Blu-ray on September 30th and Paramount has just revealed the complete list of special features for the single disc DVD, 2-Disc DVD and the Blu-ray Disc. Check all the details out below.

I don’t understand why there are 2 disc blu-rays. Isn’t the point of the format that it can contain a lot of data?

There are a couple of ways of looking at it. A 2-Disc Blu-ray can be viewed as what it probably is, which is a marketing stunt to make it sound cooler… or it could have to do with the fact that they are also presenting the special features in HD. Also, the less special features on a disc means the more room for the movie, which means less compression in terms of both audio and video.

I have no idea if they are doing scenario A or B, but those are the two ways of looking at it that I can think of.

Yeah I think it’s B, there seem to be many features, so a second disc is a wise idea…dont want the movie to be compressed so much for features we will prbably watch once (if that).

I am looking forward to the review of the Blu Ray!
