COMIC CON: Edward Norton Wrote 'Hulk'

I did not know this...

A quick bit of news for you that came out of the Marvel panel today at Comic Con as Universal presented to us Edward Norton, Liv Tyler and Louis Leterrier for The Incredible Hulk.

Did you know that Edward Norton who stars as Bruce Banner and The Hulk in the film actually wrote the screenplay?

Until now it was known that Zak Penn had turned in several drafts of the script, but today at Comic Con Marvel Studios producer Kevin Feige confirmed with us that Norton did in fact turn in the final draft of the script and once things are done on set he is back in the trailer putting additional touches on the script.

Apparently Norton liked the script, but had a few story ideas the studio liked and suggested that instead of sending it out to other writers why not give Ed a chance and he took to the idea.

The Incredible Hulk hits theaters on June 13, 2008. Stay tuned for more on the film from the Marvel panel soon.
