He puts his whole heart and soul into the roles he is given. I'm not quite sure why more people can't see this. Colin was awesome in Pride and Glory. I am very proud of him for having the courage and the will to make the necessary changes in his life 2 years ago . Congrats for the Golden Globe nomination! Farrell was electric in the role, and brought intensity to a typical crooked cop role, a la Denzel in Training Day. I wholeheartedly agree that he needs more attention for his comeback, which I find more impressive than Downey Jr. Farrell has done it through smaller films which aren't vehicles for public affection. He's taken a harder road to legitimacy after rehab, in my opinion. Although not a great film, I would contest the statement "no more of this Pride and Glory business".
