‘Cloverfield 2′ Title Rumored to be…

...not going to spoil it in the teaser...

RopeofSilicon has exclusively obtained the exclusive first look at an exclusive piece of fan art that was exclusively designed on Brad’s exclusive desktop computer. We love exclusives here! On this poster we declare the title of Cloverfield 2 to be… The poster is featured below with the answer, but first to the big news.

Variety is reporting that Cloverfield helmer Matt Reeves is set to make the most of the marketing success of his monster film, which was far better than I ever could have expected. Apparently the helmer is eyeing two options for his next feature, the first, obviously, is a sequel to Cloverfield. The other flick is a film based on a script of his own called The Invisible Woman.

As for timing, it appears the sequel to Cloverfield would be the first pic to get the greenlight but a lot depends on the writers’ strike and the ability of Reeves, producer J.J. Abrams and scribe Drew Goddard to scare up another monster tale.

The Invisible Woman is described as a Hitchcock-style thriller that probes the mind of a former beauty queen who turns to a life of crime to protect her family. Most likely the script needs some touch ups and would be a far bigger feature monetarily than a Cloverfield 2 considering the first film’s meager budget.

…and now… THE POSTER!!!!
