Former "O.C." regular Chris Carmack is in negotiations to join Amanda Bynes in the romantic comedy Lovewrecked for director Randal Kleiser. The film finds Bynes as Jenny, an 18-year-old who is ecstatic when she learns that her favorite rock star — to be played by Carmack — is a guest at the tropical resort where she is working for the summer. When they are both thrown overboard during a cruise, Jenny finds herself stranded alone with him on what they think is a remote beach.
