A ton of new names have been added to the cat of the Comedy Central adaptation of "Strangers With Candy." Names include Dan Hedaya, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ian Holm, Allison Janney, Kristen Johnston, Chris Pratt, Deborah Rush and Justin Theroux and they are joining Amy Sedaris, Paul Dinello, Stephen Colbert, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.

The comedy will follow Jerri Blank (Sedaris), upon her release from jail, as a 46-year-old ex-junkie/whore, who is looking for a fresh start and will do so by enrolling in Flatpoint High School. With her mom dead, she lives with her dad and new stepmother, who hates her.
