I dont think hes very well known yet at all, but from what i've seen Cam Gigandet has shown some pretty good acting potential (no im not a twilight fan at all).

Cam is very versatile actor, and he is SUPER HOOTTTT!!!!, I just hope to see much more of him, He is a pleasure to my eyes….. GO CAM!!!!!!

and he does have LEAD roles already, in Kerosene Cowboys and Five Star Day. He's going to be great. plus more movie in the works. and his villain roles make the movie, in my opinion he made Twilight watchable. and Never Back Down he was a lead as in twilight and the unborn, where he played the boyfriend but i liked him in that role and to bad he died. also i gald he's not stuck in the twilight thing, once twilight is done, those actors will fade just like lord of the rings. yes the role is like his role in the unborn but hey, job is a job, and no matter what role of what type of movie he's in i will be watching it. September he will be in Pandorum, with Kerosene Cowboys and Five Star Day in which he is the lead. and he has many more movies in the works.
