The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Jeff Bridges has joined the cast of Stick It for Touchstone Pictures and writer/director Jessica Bendinger.

The film will find Bridges in the role of a coach in the sports-themed picture about a team of rule-abiding gymnasts who develop a taste for rebellion after a renegade member (Missy Peregrym) joins the crew.

This is Bendinger's directorial debut although she has been in the biz for sometime in even took part in the screenplay for Katie Holmes latest film First Daughter.
