Brand New 'Watchmen' Trailer Arrives

Watch the watchmen and get ready to watch 'em again and again

Yahoo has just unveiled the brand new theatrical trailer for Watchmen. The trailer will be attached to prints of Quantum of Solace this weekend along with a new trailer for Star Trek, but why wait for tomorrow when you can watch it right now?

Among the many things you will see, included are the opening bits to the death of The Comedian and a first chance to hear Dr. Manhattan speak.

I can't even begin to explain how much I'm looking forward to this movie. I think Rorschach's voice (though rather Dark Knight-esque) is great!

One thing, though; did the 'masked adventurers' ever refer to themselves as 'Watchmen'? I didn't think the term was used with a positive connotation in the graphic novel.

Aw well, March 6th can't come soon enough for me!

Fucking awesome. I'm glad they didn't do the same thing as the first trailer and the footage from the Scream awards. I'm glad we can finally hear some of the characters' dialogue.

Yeah Ms. Pagliacci, I was thinking the same thing about Rorschach's voice and wasn't sure if it bothered me or not, but if that is my only complaint I would say it isn't even really a complaint.

You know, I am starting to wonder if it is better to have read the novel or not. If it is done right I really think this will be a title that benefits people that have read it… That's pure speculation, but I just get the feeling that could be the case.
