Bassett and Wyle Will Also Tell 'The Truth'
Duo lured to Rod Lurie thriller

Angela Bassett and Noah Wyle have joing the cast of Rod Lurie's new thriller Nothing but the Truth for Yari Film Group.
The pic already stars Kate Beckinsale, Matt Dillon, Alan Alda, Vera Farmiga, Harry Lennix and David Schwimmer and centers on female newspaper reporter (Beckinsale) who outs a CIA agent and is imprisoned for refusing to reveal her source. Schwimmer will play Beckinsale's husband, who initially supports his wife's decision not to name names but as time goes by begins to resent her for choosing a principle over her family.
Bassett will portray the editor-in-chief at the newspaper. Wyle plays the paper's inhouse counsel.
Production began in Memphis earlier this month.
