‘Aliens vs. Predator 2′ R-Rated Trailer!

Why wasn't the first one like this?

If you were hoping that Aliens vs. Predator 2 would be far gorier and intense than the first flick I think you got your wish considering the first trailer to be released for the film is already above and beyond what AVP offered.

IGN has our first look at the new sci-fi flick that brings the two classic movie monsters back together and you can check it out below or click here to watch it in QuickTime high definition.

Aliens vs. Predator - Requiem hits theaters on December 25.

I don’t know, dude… someone gave me crap regarding my post at Screen Rant (he was a dick, I deleted his commentS) but to me this looks like crap. Like they took any of a string of horror movies made in the 90’s and swapped out the villain with Alien.

I have higher hopes for AVP2 then I did for the first one based on the trailer. I also agree with Vic and until we see the final product it’s too early to tell.

As long as it is violent and has a semi-interesting story I am in. It isn’t as if the Alien movies or Predator had very complex storylines, it was in their execution that the succeeded. Granted I don’t expect AVP2 to be anywhere near the first two Alien flicks of the first Predator, but I think I can already say it will be better than AVP.
