Alba is The Invisible Girl for Fox’s FANTASTIC FOUR

It was rumoured, and now it is confirmed as The Hollywood Reporter has announced the casting of Jessica Alba as Susan “Invisible Girl” Storm in the 20th Century Fox adaptation of the Marvel comic Fantastic Four.

Alba beat out several names, including The Notebook’s Rachel McAdams and Elizabeth Banks, not to mention all the rumored names that surrounded the role such as Elisha Cuthbert, Christina Milian and Keri Russell.

Alba’s sked has gotten busier and busier as she also has a role in Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City and Into the Blue with Paul Walker.

Alba joins the already casted Michael Chiklis, Chris Evans and Ioan Gruffudd as the adventure-seeking quartet made up of scientist Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic (Gruffudd); his love interest, Susan Storm/the Invisible Girl (Alba); her brother, Johnny Storm/the Human Torch (Chris Evans); and Reed’s best friend, Benjamin Grimm/the Thing (Chiklis).

As far as story lines go the four develop superpowers when their spaceship is exposed to cosmic radiation, get the rest by clicking the link below.
