Its true that both, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk, had really poor third acts, but, I really think that Iron Man is superior than Hulk. It have more back story and character development.

I just saw Wendy and Lucy and I really have to say that to see this movie is the same thing that if someone get you into a concentration camp but just for 80 minures. I haven't seen Frozen River, and really, I;m not interested at ALL.

Feel really good to see Benjamin Button in a list where Slumdog isn't. (I think its totally overrated)

A Marvel superhero movie should not be just about action.
Marvel characters (but allso DC's Batman) got so popular because of their back story involving human emotions and feelings.
They're actually well rounded characters instead of just being some invulnerable alien with the obligated little love story.

I enjoyed Iron Man far more than the Hulk.
They both ended with the not very original end battle wich seems so hard to get right (kudos to mr. Nolan on TDK who did) but the character of Tony Stark was so well presented in story and acting.
This Hulk movie was more based on the old TV show and I'm more a fan of the comic which is why I prefer the Ang Lee version.
Yes I seem to be outnumbered about that but that's just my opinion.

Slumdog seems to be considered a Brittish production.

I also enjoyed the Hulk more than I enjoyed Iron Man, and I feel it went under a lot of peoples' radar. Though Iron is still a good movie, it didn't have as much action, which is what a superhero movie should focus itself around. Hence why I have this hate love with the Dark Knight. I can't stop watching it only because I love Heath Ledger so much. But the problem is he completely overshadows Christian Bale, who is the main character. It seems as though Christian Bale put absolutely no effort into Batman, and a bit more into bruce wayne who is in too much of the movie. All the batman action is mediocre, except for the first 6 mins and the part where they get the Joker. The last half hour in my opinion is complete garbage, a completely failed recuperative ending that makes the plot totally stupid. But the last minute where gordon says his piece is fantastic and the last shot where we see batman's cape ripple in the sunlight and the screen cuts to black. This movie has the elements of the greatest super hero movie of all time, but in the end fails to pull it off. I can't stand that it's getting all the praise it does get.

@Jerzey Jon: You really don't like superhero movies, do you? By the way, it's nice to know you're ripping off people who work hard on these films by downloading them.

Iron man? Give me a break. Nothing makes sense anymore, first Tom Cruise got nominated for Best Supporting actor by the Golden Globes, now this.

FROM THE EDITOR: Jon you need to stop talking about pirating movies. It is not cool to do it or to promote it. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY WARNING!

Another recommendation would be to stop doing it altogether.

I agree that Incredible Hulk was a better film than Iron Man, but I think both films had pretty poor third acts.

Slumdog Millionaire will almost definitely be making my top 10 list (as of right now I'd place it 3rd, it would take a lot of last minute films blowing me away to know it off).

As for the rest of them, I've seen Button, TDK, and Wall-E. I will be seeing Frost/Nixon, Milk, and Gran Torino within the next week. The only one I probably won't see is Wendy and Lucy.

These top 10 lists don't do much good for predicting best picture other than to tell us what won't make the short list. It's still fun to look at them though.
