Universal Pictures and producer Lauren Chuler Donner have tapped 12 Days of Christmas, a project already set up at Universal being reconceived and to be written by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio, two writers that teamed on the Tim Allen starrer The Santa Clause 2.
