9/11 'R' Rating to be Contested

Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 is going to be put on more screens than any documentary in history, but the MPAA puts a limit on who will be able to see it as they give the doc an 'R' rating for "violent and disturbing images and for language."

Now I know all you under the age of 17 are outraged especially Little Timmy, but never fear the distributors have begun the process of contesting the rating and Moore said in a statement, "It is sadly very possible that many 15- and 16-year-olds will be asked and recruited to serve in Iraq in the next couple of years… If they are old enough to be recruited and capable of being in combat and risking their lives, they certainly deserve the right to see what is going on in Iraq."
