'3:10 to Yuma' Trailer is Amazing!
This is what I like in my westerns... Crowe and Bale
Let's figure this thing out really quick. Not only do we get to see Russell Crowe vs. Denzel Washington this year with Ridley Scott directing in American Gangster, but we also get to see Crowe with Christian Bale in what looks like it is going to be bad-ass in James Mangold's 3:10 to Yuma? That is just spoiling us, especially since we can also look forward to Crowe and Scott teaming for Nottingham in the future. If you didn't guess already, I think Crowe is a hell of an actor and me likey his films.
As for this bit of news, the new trailer for 3:10 to Yuma just hit Yahoo! and it looks fucking amazing! The film is based on the 1957 film that starred Glenn Ford as captured outlaw Ben Wade (Crowe), who finds himself in the custody of small-time rancher Dan Evans (Bale). The rancher is secretly trying to take the outlaw to a railway station to catch a train to Yuma for the outlaw's court date. A battle of wills ensues.
